What I eat in a day – Slimming World – SP Plan – 6lbs off in 6 days!

After dieting with Slimming World for a couple of months and getting slow losses, I decided to try Slimming World SP plan! For anyone who doesn’t know what this is, its a slightly more regimented plan which focuses more on Speed Foods and Protein Sources. You can have 1 A choice, 2 B choices and still have your 15 syns! I was amazed by the results I received in my first week, and will be continuing the plan. I’m new to YouTube so a bit too scared to show my ugly mug at this point, but if I get enough questions about the plan, I might brave it and do a Q and A video! You will also see from my meals, that I am vegetarian, so I’d like to emphasize this plan is not exclusively for people who eat meat. I hope you enjoy the video.
