Ingredients

½ Savoy Cabbage, finely shredded (s)
1 Onion, finely chopped (s
2 Bacon rashers, cut into small pieces (p)
S & P

Method

In a frying pan, sprayed with frylight, cook the bacon until crisp, add the onion, and cook until soft.
Add the cabbage, season well & cover, cook for 10 mins, remove lid & continue cooking for a further 5 mins.
Serve with pork, potatoes, beans & gravy.
