This sauce makes 4-6 portions.
I made 2 portions of chicken and only used 2 portions of the sauce.
You can free the remainder of the sauce for a later dinner.
What you need –
6 carrots
2 potatoes
2 onions
1 tbsp 1/2 garlic powder
1 tbsp 1/2 onion powder
2 tsp crushed garlic
2 chicken stock cubes
2 chicken breasts
3 tbsp light soy
3 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp sweetener
1L boiling water – for your stock.
