Slimming World Chocolate & Raspberry Baked Oats

Today’s video is a Slimming World friendly recipe.

Ingredients:

40g oats/ready brek (healthy extra B or 6/7 syns respectively)
1 large egg
100g yoghurt. I used fat free yoghurt at 0.5 syn per 100g
Flavourings to taste
1 level tablespoon of cocoa powder (2.5 syns)
50g raspberries (0.5 syn when cooked)

I also used a splash of 1% fat milk to loosen the mixture.

Bake at 200 degrees for 35 – 45 minutes
