I support their goal of low sugar and high fiber, but I can’t stand breakfast cereal that is soggy.This aversion stems from being forced to sit down and eat every bite of breakfast, which consisted of shredded wheat and hot water and was left to become soggy, cold, and disgusting as a child.Shreddies (along with rice pudding and risotto) are the same.Food that lacks texture and is mushy just isn’t for me.
