Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Pinch of salt
- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs. Gradually add in the milk and melted butter, stirring until the batter is smooth. Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the skillet with butter or oil.
- Pour a small amount of batter onto the skillet, swirling it around to coat the bottom evenly. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
- Using a spatula, carefully flip the crepe and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side, until lightly golden.
- Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed.
- Serve the crepes warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, whipped cream, Nutella, jam, or maple syrup.
